Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Home Health 

We are seeking a part-time or full-time (10-25 caseload) Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Home Health.

In this position, you will provide direct patient care at their home, and support rehabilitation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapeutic programs prescribed by occupational therapist at patient homes to facilitate rehabilitation of patients with developmental, cognitive, or physical disabilities

• Enhance goals and objectives for patients rehabilitative programs

• Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties

• Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs

• Organize and update patient records

Qualifications:

• Arizona Licensure

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Previous experience in pediatric occupational therapy or other related fields is preferred

• Ability to build rapport with patients

• Passion to help and motivate others

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Positive and patient demeanor with passion to help and motivate others
